Joyce Herlihy, PhD, is Global Head of Learning and Organizational Development.  Joyce serves as the strategic human resources leader responsible for global learning, leadership development, talent management, performance management, employee engagement and organizational change.  She focuses on aligning these HR processes with the business strategy to ensure employees are ready to meet Conduent’s current and future opportunities.

Prior to joining Conduent in 2017, Joyce has more than two decades of experience in HR management and worked with companies such as American Express, Citibank, Prudential and Quest Diagnostics.  She earned her PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from NYU.
