Tina Woita, Director of Sales Enablement & Learning for Visier, has been in the learning and enablement space for over 15 years in various sectors including: financial, insurance, software, and retail. She holds certifications in Mager’s Instructional Modular Design (IMD) and Criterion-Referenced Instruction (CRI), is pursuing a Masters Degree in Adult Education with an emphasis in Human Resources, and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Tina leads the sales enablement function at Visier that onboards, supports, and develops the sales teams. She is focused on not only enhancing the performance of the individual but also increasing revenue and improving business results.
